Glenn C. Laumeister, Chairman and CEO
Glenn Laumeister is the Chairman and CEO of Partsearch Technologies.
Mr. Laumeister has over 20 years of experience in developing new business opportunities and applying technology to solve complex business problems. Prior to Partsearch, he was with Idealab as an Entrepreneur in Residence. Prior to that, he was with National Electronics Warranty (NEW) where he was responsible for developing new business initiatives as the VP of Emerging Markets.
Previous to NEW, Mr. Laumeister was with CUC International (now Cendant) where he managed the Shoppers Advantage catalog and online membership club and worked on new business initiatives including AutoVantage.com, one of the first car buying services on the Internet. Prior to CUC International Mr. Laumeister also spent five years with a division of General Motors where he opened their sales and marketing office in Frankfurt, Germany.
Mr. Laumeister holds a B.A. from Colgate University, and a M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Gary Kazmer, President
Gary Kazmer , President of Partsearch Technologies, is responsible for
operations, supply chain and merchandising, finance and human resources.
Mr. Kazmer, who has over 20 years' experience in multi-channel business-to-consumer management primarily in high growth or turnaround companies, was president and CEO of AB&C Group before joining Partsearch. Prior to that he has held such senior positions as Executive Vice President of the Home catalog/web division and Senior Vice President of Customer Contact for Redcats USA, aka Brylane, Inc., Vice President of Operations for Shop NBC and Director of Strategic Planning/Facilities for QVC.
Mr. Kazmer has extensive experience in multiple media, including catalog, web, mail order, TV home shopping, infomercials and direct mail. In addition, he is highly skilled at managing and enhancing customer contact and customer service centers, and has designed and staffed several new customer relationship centers and fulfillment centers within the United States.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kazmer has been a key manager in the seamless merger of QVC and CVN, the Shop NBC acquisition of the Montgomery Ward Direct Catalog and Catalog Venture Industries, and the systems conversions of Brylane with Chadwick's of Boston. He also has implemented many call center and distribution center technology advancements to both reduce expenses and drive revenue.
Mr. Kazmer is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.
James Barry, Chief Information Officer
James Barry, Chief Information Officer of Partsearch Technologies, is responsible for technology development and architecture.
Mr. Barry, who has launched many Internet-based products to the market in his career, was Vice President of Application Development at Automatic Data processing (ADP) prior to joining Partsearch. There he was responsible for the world’s largest Software-as-a-Service application, which allowed payroll processing over the Internet.
Prior to ADP he was instrumental in two startup businesses that led the use of inter-company collaboration using the Internet as a foundation for that interchange. Prior to that, Mr. Barry was with IBM, where he led efforts to bring the Apache Webserver and Open Source software to IBM, as well as headed up the launch of the IBM WebSphere Application Server. As an executive with ResNova Software in the early 90’s, he launched one of the first commercial HTTP servers.
Throughout his career Mr. Barry has been instrumental in working with standards based organizations as a means of making data flow easily through business to business transactions. He has also been frequent speaker on ‘Services Oriented Architecture’, speaking at over 20 conferences in the past 4 years for major industry analyst groups and technology organizations.
Mr. Barry is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Neil Shah, Senior Vice President of Business Development
Neil Shah is Senior Vice President, Business Development for Partsearch Technologies responsible for sales, client services and marketing.
Prior to Partsearch, Mr. Shah was EVP, Sales for Cirqit, a leading provider of print management services, building their Global 2000 and Middle Markets business, and VP Business Solutions for The Matlen Silver Group, a leading provider of technology based business solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Matlen, Mr. Shah was President & Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Process Technologies, and as a founding member was instrumental in evolving the business model from start-up to going concern and leading the company through several strategic acquisitions.
Prior to IPT, Mr. Shah held various positions of increasing responsibility with Pratt & Whitney, including General Manager for Latin America and Program Manager for Fleet Management Services.
Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University. He also received a Master of Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business.
John C. Wu, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, Merchandising & Global Sourcing
John Wu is responsible for the strategic vision and tactical development of the Supply Chain for Partsearch Technologies.
Prior to joining Partsearch, Mr. Wu spent over 18 years in various Supply Chain roles across multiple industries. He was a VP at Metro International where he was responsible for Global Sourcing and the launching of new operations across 26 international cities for the Scandinavian media giant.
Prior to that Mr. Wu led various sourcing and merchandising efforts at top companies including UPS, Pepsico, Nabisco and Kozmo. Recently, Mr. Wu was listed among the top "40 under 40" to watch in the Consumer Electronics industry by Dealerscope magazine. He also received an award for being one of the ‘Top 20 Logistics Executives’ in the country, and has been featured in an article in a recent publication of Supply Chain Management Review.
He is a graduate of the Stern School of Business at NYU and successfully completed the Supply Chain Management Program at the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at MSU.
Charlie Hill, Vice President of Product Management
Charlie Hill is Partsearch's Vice President of Product Management, where he is responsible for product development, project greenlighting management and product strategy.
Mr. Hill has over 12 years of experience in launching new products, setting business strategies and optimizing business processes, as both an industry manager and consultant. Prior to joining Partsearch he was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he led the start-up of a new Growth and Innovation strategy consulting practice based on disruptive innovation theory. In this role, he led his clients in creating effective New Product Development processes and in choosing the best new markets for their products. His clients included Johnson & Johnson, CSFB, Merck, and Merrill Lynch.
Prior to Deloitte, Mr. Hill was head of Brand Management for a local-search dot.com startup called Virtuacities, which developed a city-based, virtual-reality search engine product. Prior to this, Mr. Hill was a Brand Manager at Activision, a $1.4 billion software entertainment publisher, where he launched and marketed several computer game products and helped senior management to develop the company's strategy.
Mr. Hill holds a BA from Princeton University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
